· Design, engineer, and optimize antibodies, fusion proteins, and other therapeutic protein formats using rational design and directed evolution strategies
· Perform site-directed mutagenesis and generate variants with improved expression, stability, binding or conjugation properties
· Collaborate closely with discovery biology, chemistry, and translational science teams to drive lead optimization and candidate selection
· Characterize engineered proteins using biochemical, biophysical, and cell-based assays (e.g., SEC, ELISA, SPR, flow cytometry)
· Leverage computational tools and structural modeling to guide protein design · Document results clearly and communicate findings in team meetings and research reports
· Contribute to patent filings and scientific publications
· Ph.D. in Protein Engineering, Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field with over 2 years of postdoctoral or industry experience; or MS with over 5 years of relevant industry experience
· Strong expertise in antibody engineering and therapeutic protein development
· Familiarity with bispecific antibody formats and ADC development is highly desirable
· Proficiency in DNA cloning, mutagenesis, and cell-based expression systems
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
